Dehan Ogetbil is currently the Chief Scout at Beerschot. He began his career in 2015 with NIKE, leading a scouting team that discovered Turkish talents such as Ozan Kabak, Çağlar Söyüncü, and Cengiz Ünder. In 2016, he joined Beşiktaş JK, contributing to the club’s 2017 Süper Lig title. He then moved to Fenerbahçe, where he played a key role in the signings of Vedat Muriqi and Altay Bayındır. Returning to Beşiktaş as Chief Scout between 2020 and 2022, he was involved in key transfers including Valentin Rosier, helping the club win the 2021 Süper Lig and Turkish Cup titles. Later, he worked with Sport Republic, contributing to scouting operations for Southampton, Valenciennes, and Göztepe. He played a major role in building the Göztepe squad that achieved promotion to the Turkish Süper Lig.
